Kawa KDX 200E - Help needed with year model and parts

I want to start rebuilding / restoring my KDX 200E
I included a pic of the VIN number on the steering neck
Can anyone tell me how  I can find out  what year model it is?

I also need the following:
- Rear mudguard
- Complete exhaust
- Part that goes into carb - Throttle body?

I would appreciate any help!
