KTM 990 Center stand

Ok so i`m just gonna come out and ask this stupid question ,how the fark do you get the bike on the center stand ,is there an easier way than just flexing your biceps to the point of disentegration then pulling the bike backwards ,keeping your foot on the center stand ? I really struggle me @ss off with this
