I had this problem during a trip in December and all I did was to clean the contacts on the side stand and after that everything was OK. I replaced the fuel filters with the new one about a month ago, and are sure that the connection in the fuel pump was fitted properly.
Every time this happen the bike was very hot, with the red light coming one every now and then. Can it be part of the problem? It will start immediately the moment I press the start button again.
Will check batt terminals etc. later on during the week.
