KTM not starting - need advice.

Hope you guys can help.

KTM 990 was standing for 2 weeks and now it won't start. Motor just swing once and stops. Could it be a flat battery? If so, can one just jump start it like a car? Other possible causes?

Please help, I'm desperate to ride again.
