Beebop
Race Dog
After my recent off, my Arlen Ness jacket fared a lot worse than I expected.
OK it was fresh tar which is fairly rough, but a 10m slide did more damage than I'm comfortable with.
I think if I was doing higher speed, skin would have been exposed.
Anyway, leather is great for track work, but I prefer textile for everyday use.
The BMW / Klim stuff is great, but way out of my financial reach.
Whats out there that gives good abrasion resistance and come in at a
"reasonable" price range.
As much as I appreciate the fact that I walked away unscathed, I'd rather not
have to replace my gear after a small slide.
Lets hear some constructive feedback please.
