At the school my children attend there is a laaitie in gr2 (8-9 yrs old) that is being dropped and collected by either his mom or dad being lifted on a scooter. I’ve seen on a few occasions that he is not wearing a helmet when transported. It would seem that in this difficult times a helmet might not be in their budget.
Any Dog that might have a child size helmet laying around gathering dust or can point me in the right direction on where I can buy one in Cape Town area?
