Light, compact tents ??? who's got what

This year I am planning on doing a few weekend trips, I only have a 3 and 4 man tent, so I was looking for something cheap and light.

Some of the tents I looked at were quite expensive, I need to really look at if that price is justified

I don't want a gold plated tent but then again I don't want to sleep kak either.

I dug this up online and it looked good for the price,

who has experience with smallish tents.

I don't want a really small one man tent as I like to keep my boots, gear and helmet in the tent as well, no use I am all dry when my boots are being rained on.

If a tent weighs 1kg or 3kg it makes little difference when I am 94kg  :thumleft:
