Should be in Kenya from Ethiopia by tomorrow night. Lots of road works here in Ethiopia and lots of bad roads to the border. 350km to go to the border and it is raining cats and dogs here. Doing mainly dirt road today but the thumper is flying.

Sounds great Schalk. Have you seen the pink school uniforms in Ethiopia? They are quite a colorful nation but 'funny colors' like very bright etc. Enjoy!

Hi all Wilddog buddies I have decided to not end this first part of my ATW trip in Joburg’s on the way down but instead carry on to this year’s WD bash on the 26/09/15 and from there down to Cape town and Cape Agulhas and then up to Mosselbay where I will spent 9 days with my wife and then back to JHB. So this first leg will be a complete JHB to Cairo to Cape Town to JHB. Anybody who wants to ride along on the South African leg of the journey is welcome. I am not sure yet at which border I am going to enter yet but it will be either Groblers Bridge from Botswana or Komatiepoort from Mozambique side in about 2, 5 to 3 weeks’ time. Just let me know
