Long shot....were you guys wild dogs that came in the other direction on the dirt road near Northern Farm

I was heading north on the Falkirk road that runs parallel with the mountain bike loops in northern farm and about 4-5 bikes came in the opposite direction back towards the N14.
It was about 10:00am this morning i was just wondering if the group were dogs?
