So after purchasing the bike I realised the left bracket had taken a beating but after removal I saw that the bracket almost completely cracked through. I wanted to weld it up but had to crack/break it further in order to remove the rust.
Long story short the bracket is caput and theres no way of straightening it up again and fixing it.
Does anyone perhaps have a set of pillion peg brackets lying around that they would be willing to part with, so me and the girl can continue idling around the farm together?
