3 bikes down…. But hats off to these three guys who got onto adventure bikes just over a year ago and have done some spectacular rides with us. They were thrown into the deep end on this trip and came out the other side with flying colours.

With everyone through the sand, we started the climb on what turned out to be a very gnarly Heuningvlei Pass… 3 years ago I rode it it with @Amsterdam @2StrokeDan @BuRP and @Muffin Man and it was rocky but ejoyable. This time round it was quite a challenge and it took a good couple of hours waiting for everyone to negotiate the tricky terrain caused by heavy rains.
