MP suspension or progressive springs

Hi Guys,

After a recent trip to botswana with my 800 I desided that my forks need upgrading. So my question is do I go the full MP suspension route or is the progressive springs good enough? Is the MP suspension stuff externally adjustable e.g. rebound?

Is there anyone in the gauteng area that do the same upgrades as MP?
