I took my new X-Challenge out for a longer run today, that was made up of about 300km of dirt roads to the North East of Pretoria.
I wanted to see how it holds up on a faster longer ride than the technical mud and sand riding I did with it on Sunday.
I am happy to report that this little bike exceeded all my expectations, it is truly an amazing bike. I could cruise at 130km/h on the tar, no problem. On the dirt I averaged between 80-110km/h on good dirt roads. It soaked up the corrugations with ease and it gives one so much more confidence off-road than my F650GS.
I really like this bike a lot. The screen does it's job, but I would be happy even without the screen, as I am so used to the wind due to the fact that my F650GS also does not have a high screen.
I took a couple of pics of the ride.
:mwink: :mwink:
All this bike needs is an AIRHAWK!!!!
:laughing4:
