"No matches found" WTF!!!??

I want to go to Riebeek road in Cape town.  Type it into the gps and it tells me "No matches found"!
Ride to the street without the gps, switch the gps on on yes, it shows Riebeek road on the screen!!!!!
Why the hell don't it found the street?  This happened a few times with me that the gps don't get the streets I'm looking for, but it is on the map.

Please help me, dit frustreer my!!!
