Im not sure if this is the right place to post so apologies if its not but recently ive done my first ever oil change on my Honda xr 125 and its recommended is 1L but ive been told its actually 900ml.So i drained the previous out,poured in 900ml and got no reading on dipstick,then i poured 50ml extra and still non then the last 50 and just a slight one now just above the lowest marker.Im wondering what could be the cause and if its safe to just top up ( over recommended ) till i reach proper marking on dipstick.Thanks for any help
