ok... So what happens on an almost daily basis, fill bikes cooling system... ride to work, about half way there, it pisses all (most) of the coolant out of the overflow bottle.. WTF?
1: replaced the thermostat about a month ago.
2: yes I have had the waterpump redone about 5000km ago...
I've heard talk of either head gasket or a blockage from when the thermostats karked..
