Paralever Torque Arm, mount rubbers?

You know the stabilizing bar under the swingarm/driveshaft. I think they call it a Paralever Torque Arm. The rubber mounts on that arm is warn. I need to replace.

Contacted BMW but they don't have and need to get from BMW in Germany. Will take 2 weeks to get here.

Is there a alternative for the BMW part? Where can I find it?

Is there any tricks to removing these and replacing?
