Early 2012 parent/offspring ride, on tar.
We decided to take our daughter for a nice run on Sunday 5th Feb 2012.
Pretoria departure: Sasol Garage cnr Voortrekker st and Hertzog streets, Gezina.
Leaving from Sasol at 7h00!!!!
Basic planning
Vann der Hoff, up to church street, head towards dam, until R512, then down towards cradle of humankind, stop at Rhino and Lion farm (If they open that early)
From there towards Magaliesburg, then back up to dam. Possible stop at Van Gallen Cheese farm,
Then to dam for breakfast, and afterwards head home. From pretoria it is about 185km round trip.
Speeds will be low, so younger riders/offspring with valid licence/learners are welcome. Even scooters should be able to make it easy.
The group will be small to keep it manageble. Add your names if you might join. non parents welcome. Also photographers who wants to head out front for a few action pics.
