I was in the area with the family and wanted
To show them Jericho's Rock where I've ridden
With the Ktm. Now there's a big sign near the
Bottom saying it's part of Moegatle 4x4 trail and
A permit is needed to go there.
What's up with that? How much is the permit?
Secondary to that, by what law/legislation do they get
The right to charge for access to what I thought was public land?
Any one wise on this?
