Pofadder to Cape Town Via Tankwa Karoo

I am leaving for Cape Town on Friday for business and will travel only gravel road (is there any other way) to Cape Town. Walvis, Rehoboth, Stampriet, Gochas, Koes, Aroab, Karasburg, Nakop, Pofadder, Kliprant, Loeriesfontein, Nieuwoudtville, Calvinia, Ceres, Brackenfell.

What is the condition of this roads (washed away, mud, potholes, rocks, etc), does anybody know?
