The tracks in this area are a great deal more rocky than imagined... sandier the more East you head

Locals on top of the Ubombo were by and large friendly and approachable with only one incident of teenagers on the side of the road taking a pot shot at Jacques when riding past.

More people should read your RR's instead of... well do what they do on the forum these days  ;)

Donovan having an emergency visit. A few more meters Eastwards and it would be a seriously loooong drop of 500 meters into Swaziland  :biggrin: With some planning the long drop could have had some awesome views if rotated 90 deg.
