It was time to replace the fork seals as one started leaking, and I found out the reason why the front on my KLE was so hard is because it was pumped up with air. Lecap explained that this puts more strain on the seals, so the air was let out in anticipation for the new seals' arrival. The front was now very soft, the same as a standard KLE. I got an email from lecap about a special on the progressive springs, so I said yes, get them.

Everything finally arrived a week before the bash, and I took the bike in to have it fitted. It had a good test on the way to the bash, especially since the bike was loaded.

The verdict: I'm really happy with the upgrade, the serious nose-dive when applying the front brake is now gone, just a more normal movement.
