It is with immense sadness that I post of the loss of Dolf, one of our WC Marshals....one of our own.
One of the very first Marshals in the region, Dolf has been a reliable and committed member of the team, and has over the years represented Think Bike at hundreds of events. His dedication to the campaign was exemplary and having recently retired, was looking forward to more saddle time on his GS..
Dolf was involved in an accident en route to the One Tonner cycling event in the early hours of this morning, a few kilometres from the starting point. The paramedics have told us that he didn't suffer.
Our heartfelt condolences to his sister, friends and fellow Marshals. You are all in our thoughts and prayers at this time.
