Recommended bike workshops in S Cape?

Looking for local info, don't know the bike scene here very well...

1) what's a good place to get a v-strom serviced in mossel bay or George?

2) good place to get bike seat made up, mossel bay or George? Custom work, might need new pan etc.

3) A good old-skool thumper mechanic in George? Old XT's, etc
