Remus SA contact number?

Got my bike with a Remus Titanuim can, but the thing is constantly melting the number plate, and it's the smallest legal plate. It is not possible to get hold of these okes, there's no contact detail on their website, no BMW dealer I phoned has their contact details.
I e-mailed them a month ago and they did not even bother to reply. Do anybody know the numbers for them, I need to make some alterations to the can.
