Hi guys
I just became aware of this product through the company I work for.
Found it at Builders warehouse, but hope Some of the our friends in the bike industry would start, supplying it too.
This stuff is very versatile and we are currently busy with testing on the waterproofing of RF cables with it.
It's quite expensive, but I'm sure it'll pay off in the long run.
Basically it's rubber tape that you can stretch to about double it's length, and wrap around pipes and electricals.
It's completely self vulcanizing and no other chemical of bonding agent is required.
It seems to start the permanent bond in a very short time too.
