Hi all.
Cave Girl and yours truly are going to be having a family day at Rhino Park on the 25th of March. We would like to invite you and your family to join us there on the day for a braai.
Bring the wife/husband, kids, braai stuff, kos, drinks and whatever else you need for a day out. You can also bring your bike if you want to, although that is completely optional.

What is Rhino Park.
(Edit) Rhino park is at S25 49 45.2 E28 31 07.8 on the R515 just south of the N4. (Near to Cullinan / Reyton)
Rhino Park does not, in fact, have any Rhino’s. It’s a place where dirt bikes and quad bikes makes lots of noise, their riders get a chance to ride like hooligans without anybody telling them not to, and families go to spend a day away from home, out in the fresh air.
There are basically two riding options, an outride on the farm that takes about thirty minutes, and an old quarry for you to play in.

Costs
You pay an entry fee at the gate. I’m not organizing wood or anything, and I’m not charging you anything to attend, the costs are only the entry cost to the venue.
Quad or bike = R50
Adult = R 20
Kids = R 10 (4 to 13 year olds)
Kids under 4 go in for free.

Bike riding
We usually go there to sharpen up our skills, as the quarry has some excellent riding. There is thick sand, a whole beach full of the stuff for those of you who want to play in the sand a bit.
There is also an outride on the farm, but be warned, they might call it a family outride, but it is full of adrenalin charged boys and girls on 2 strokes going like crazy!
If we are lucky and there’s been some rain, we will get muddy.

A note about roosting
This is plastic bike country, and the chances of being roosted anywhere on or near the tracks is quite good.
