First photo is Piston Pete and Anton W, and the rest are just more of us all being fascinated by this old-school method of warfare, so quaint now , but so effective at the time. Not that they were really tested, but its reassuring to know they were there.  :biggrin:

Quick stop to admire the gorgeous view just before the booms on Chapmans Peak. Also featuring Grrrr.... and his Honda.

We had a lovely ride over Chapmans Peak and through Misty Cliffs and Scarborough. Never saw any Harleys though I was at the back. Simonstown for a cannon and plenty of view.

It was good to see Bradleys again  :thumleft:, he is there with his 990 ,and last photo is of him and Jeff.

Yes . holding thumbs. The ones at Fort Wynyard particularly, are situated on prime property , so its great that people have gone to great lengths to preserve them so that the rest of us can enjoy it.
