So my wife and I wake up late today and the weather is not looking too bad, so we decide it is a good day for a road trip to Losskop Dam as we hear that the water level is high and make for some awesome pics.

We leave the house at 08h30 fill up with go juice and head off towards Bronkhorstspruit on the R25 after going through Bronkies, we follow the R25 through to Groblersdal. This road starts out very boring but as you get closer to Groblersdal the scenery get better and better.

Stopped for a break about 50 km's short of Groblersdal.

At Groblersdal we turn right onto the N11 and head down towards Loskop. The scenery as you come down to the dam is awesome.

About 3 km's before the dam wall, there is a turing to the right accross a little bridge. The water flowing past is amazing, I have never seen this amount of water in the Olifants river before....

From here we head down to Middelburg and then onto the N4 for the trip home.

Nice trip and great pics, man I should have gone riding today instead of sitting home and dreaming of my next trip
