Im guessing if you vaccinated you just need that certificate to cross into Lesotho

Ja but only the one with the "RSA Letterhead", but you can also download it and show on your cellphone at the Border. We went through about 3 weeks ago.
Download it on your phone BEFORE getting there, very weak signal at (example) Caledonspoort, you have to drive back a couple k's to get reception.
