Serious Life Insurance/Biking Question

In Short.

If I have a fatal accident, riding a Motorcycle, without a Valid Drivers Licence - Will my Life Insurance pay out??

Not talking negligent stuff like without a helmet, or down the highway at 250, or drunk etc etc.......I'm talking no Licence
