Servicing a Brembo Front Brake Caliper

It appears that one of the pistons in my R80GS's front brake caliper (Brembo) has seized. Rolling Stone and I removed the whole caliper (thanks again for your help RS!) and I now need to take it to someone to be overhauled.

Please advise whether you know of anyone in the Joburg area that knows his stuff. Or should any decent bike shop be able to sort me out?
