I have heard that some guys use anti-flat-matter, sold as sluge or slick, injected into tubeless tyre, to prevent flat tyres. It consists of a thick grey liquid mixed with fibres (works nice in quads and wheel barrows). I know that there are more trustworthy means of getting flat things back in working order - but can I consider the injection  ?

1. Does this work - has anybody tried it? Any tips?
2. What are the risks associated with it? I am thinking that it might start to "run with the tyre" - like water in a tractor tyre?

Please advise,
