It all started with an invite to a 40th birthday party named Leather, Lace & Bikes.
When my wife said that she wants to stay on in East Londen for work for the rest of the week, I decided to trailer my bike from PE to EL. At least that way I could get back to PE via dirt roads!
Leaving PE.
Stopping at Grahamstown.
I left EL Sunday morning after breakfast. I took the N6 towards Cathcart.
Unfortunately for me the wind started blowing like mad. I had difficulty staying on my bike, and that was the tar section.

Solo TerrorSA.
At this stage I was not looking forward to riding sideways on the gravel to Thomas River.
Local pub.

I went for a ride around the Thomas River farming area, but really battled in the wind.
Next stop was Cathcart and then on to Hogsback.
Turnoff to Hogsback.
