South Africa's greatest motorcycle ride?

I've recently been watching "The worlds greatest motocycle rides" on DSTV's Travel channel where a guy rides what he considers are some of the greatest rides in the world eg. US Highway 1 from San Fransisco to Laguna Beach and Route 66.
This got me thinking. What would you WD's consider as the greatest ride here in S.A.?
