South, South, South Namibia

Ahoy bikers. Tell me... has anyone spent much time in the south of Namibia, on the other side of the Orange river between Pela and the N7? Like here:

I've done a lot of riding in the area to the SA side of the border, and I'm wondering what's on the Namibia side. Seems some of it may be a reserve, and the rest? Farms? Is access to the river possible, and what about roaming around river beds etc.?
