since my 'Adventure Light' cannot carry masses of luggage, and since tent poles present a particular problem in a Giant Loop (horse-shoe-shaped) bag...

So i dug out an old 'Boer' Stealth tent that I had in stock (Boer is the WD who used to manufacture them), and rode my 450 x home, up the garden path, dropped it climbing a stair, but NO damage done  Shocked , and then parked the bike on the back lawn, and erected the Stealth tent!

Extremely light, quite spacious (this is a one-man model, they also make a 2-man model), uses FOUR bungees (no poles whatsoever!), and about 4 tent pegs, and it was up in under 4 minutes...

Pics attached, showing quite a bit of detail, including the pics near the end showing the RAIN FLY in place.
Hopefully you can see from the earlier pics that it has a 'moon window' out of mesh, to allow air movement...

Tonight the Wife is going to turn on the sprinkler, and am going to check it for water-proofness.

there is a safety strap holding the bike onto its side-stand, to prevent it from tipping over in the night...!

A nice little tent, perfect for my needs!
Cheers
Chris
