This morning I got waved down by a man in blue, who asked "why didnt you stop at the stopstreet?"
This is where it gets interesting; I was on the bike and came to a complete stop, then moved off, but without putting my feet on the ground.
I just had a brief browse through a road rules site, and didnt see anything that mentioned 'you must put your feet down'?
Is it discrimination against skill or what?
What are the legalities of not putting your feet down? If they do give me a fine, can I tell them to go stick it? In a polite way of course...
PS: Ignore strong language and aggressive tone, Im still kinda cheesed of at the moment...
