Somewhere down a rutted track, the electrics suddenly stopped working. This I didn't notice till I wanted to signal a left turn, and then saw the tacho also stopped working. I rode home, and wasn't able to turn off the iginition and had to use the kill button.
The fuses check out, the battery terminals are clean and the connectors intact. Could a battery die so completely, so quickly? Or am I missing something more obvious?
