for sale on behalf of a fellow WD
I have owned the bike for about 3 years now. I bought the bike to tour with, but have hardly used it over the last 2 years. I just start it and ride around the block every now and then.
Since I have owned it I have done the following work on it:
• New battery
• New rear brake pads
• New rear wheel bearings (all 3)
• Opened up, cleaned and regreased all the linkage bearings (still in excellent condition)
• New seals and oil in the front suspension
• New front wheel rim
In addition the bike also has:
• A rear luggage rack
• A longish range tank (17L, should be good for about 300kms, depending)
• A screen
• Spotlights
• Hand guards
• Bash plate (not shown in pics)
• 2 Spare rear tyres (including a new D606)
In general it is an old bike, but clean and in good condition. It is set up and ready for touring.
The bike is currently advertised on gumtree for R27k
