I am not the most technical guy around, but when i read the technical tips in a magazine where they explain in detail how to fix the problem i just have to try it. The result is normally one big disaster, and then have to replace the whole part at a helluva expence which was not necessary. Imagine the cost of drilling a hole in the fairing of a brand new superbike to fit crashbobbins, just to find out they were drilled totally off centre.
Recently i read in a magazine how to get rid of scrathes on your screen. Belive me when i get a scrach on my screen (and it will happen) i am going to try my best not to fix it, because i will screw up, and eventually have to buy a new one.
I hate my weakness. They should in bold red letters, next to the article print "Don`t try if you don`t know what you are doing" or assholes like me.(Daar is nie pille vir domgeit nie) :-[ :-[
Has this happend to you.
