Nie seker van Bloemhoff - Hertzogville nie. maar Boshof - Jacobsdal - Luckhoff behoort soos die om Jagersfontein - Phillippolis te wees, heel goed.

So remaining "couples" accommodation is only camping.
Maybe rethink the bring your own alcohol and allow us to prepay. I cannot carry 2 days beer on my bike as well as camping kit.

The venue does not do catering so to cater for this bash and do the booze is a bit of a nightmare. I need to either fill my cooler with braaipacks or beer. Let me do some thinking... I am a newbie here...
As mentioned a beer run to Phillippolis is only 50 k

Will the venue not, as a once-off cater if you pre-arrange? Its not like they need to prepare for the royal family. Granted, the people are more important, but probably have less extravagance tastes.

they're a working farm, with the farmhouse a few ks away - not caterers - although as Rob has pointed out there is an exceptionally well equipped kitchen , so you wouldn't have to carry pots, pans, stoves etc.

Just bring some energy bars and some droee wors ... keep it simple...

Veldskool is normally not mixed dorms? At this point my comments are just comments, not commitments to attend anyway. Have a lot going on this year and not a lot of leave. Place looks awesome.
