I know I'm not supposed to write a new ride report while still busy with an old one. So I'll just show you the pics, and continue writing the old one!  ::)

Hi, what was the route taken? Photo's look great, must have been blikners?

Was something like this:
Cape Town to Ceres via Beinskloof Pass.
R355 via 'Op die berg' and Katbakkies Pass.
Clanwilliam via R355, Die Bos, Uitspankraal and Pakhuis Pass.
Elandsbay via Graafwater and Leipoldtvill.
Velddrif via the Sishen-Saldanha Railway service road.
Cape Town via the West Coast rd.

Congrats on the ride, sometimes doing rides like that are more rewarding doing them solo. Still I wish I could have joined you.

Lekker ride, you missed the road where'Peaches' rock lives though, seems we'll have to come down there and paint that rock red ourselves.... ;D ;D (Red rather than pink methinks...)
You took the route that bypasses the road with Mount Cedar and Cederberg Oasis on it, what is that road like?

Great ride,

However word of advice "Dont ride alone!!!"

That sand road, which part of the ride is that. Could yo please give some details to which turn off.

Hey Camelman what a ride bit of a marathon though dont you think? I am surprised thought you could carry on a couple of more days without a beer , camels??  ;D ;D ;D

Well done on doing this one on your own. When you decide to do it over 2 days I'll join you. Cool pics, how is the high mudguard working for you? Is it a Super moto guard?

The road is quite technical. You won't be able to do it from Clanwilliam side, as going uphill with massive loose stones and ditches will be hectic. Also after big rain you can't do it either as the river where I crossed with the sand bank is too full to cross. On the Clanwilliam side of the entry to this road, there is a huge notice saying that the river cannot be crossed between April and November.

But, its flippen beautifull. Its only 100km long but took me 4 hours.
