For me it was the trip that almost did not happen. One that’s been in the pipeline since the beginning of the year when 3 of us on our way to a client in Bloemfontein started talking about how nice it would be if we did a long trip with our bikes. Paul (stroom) mentioned that it was a dream of his to go to Verneukpan, and he, just like the rest of us later on the trip, was met with the question – Where is that?
