Tiger 800XC suspension failing

Hi Fellow Tiger riders

My suspension is kaput!!!!
is there a way of having the suspension( front and rear) refurbished and stiffened up, without going the aftermarket route?
I have known for a while now, but after a weekend in the Baviaans, it confirmed i need to do something about it ASAP

any and all comments will be appreciated.
