Could someone with reliable recent first hand information please shed some light:
I need to change ownership of three vehicles from a deceased estate to the heirs.
Do i need RWC's for the vehicles? It's not on the list of red tape the oke at Enquiries wrote up. I am not sure if he thought that's too obvious and he left it away because of that.
Is there a minimum age before the vehicle has to get a RWC for change of ownership? One of the bikes is only two and a half years old.
Hate to go there rwice or three times. And they always "forget" some things on their lists.
