URGENT : Licencing "Agent" in Nigel Area

Hi Guys

Taking a chance here.

Anyone knows a Licencing "agent" in Nigel area??

I need to have a boat trailer registered there, all papers are with me, but the Registration must first be done on the Previous Owner's name before I can change to my name.

Just need someone to go stand in a queue there for me.
