Howzit, My Vara's done almost 100,000 Km now and the clutch has been progressivley biting more toward the end of the lever travel. I replaced the friction plates last week, Honda didnt have stock of the steel plates :-\
The plates that came out had not reached their wear limit yet, in fact they are the same thickness as the new ones ???
Anyhow I put them in seeing as Id gone to the trouble of stripping the bike.
There is no difference with the operation of the clutch! Im starting to think pushrods etc. anyone had any experience with this? to point me in the right direction.
