One of the funniest things that weekend was when Pullaway walked into the bar at the lodge.
There were two guys in their bike ATGATT which he hadn't seen before.

So he introduced himself and got this response " Hi, I'm Abel and this is Nic"

He seriously thought they were taking the piss..........

Turned out to be LMG & his mate from Saldanha.

Quite a few people have asked for high-res images from the outride.

Here is what you need to do:
Right-click on the image.
Click on Properties.
Jot down the image number you see in "address", eg. 658L.

Either send me an E-mail (with your forum name and the image numbers) to: [email protected]
OR
PM your E-mail address and image numbers.

The pics taken at the low-water bridge are severely cropped and thus not suitable for printing etc.

What's the story with the bike chain?

R.O.V. Rat's XT 660 R.
One of the bolts holding the plate that is around the outside of the front sprocket had lost, causing the plate to scrape on the chain. It caused the master link to fail. Luckily there was a spare master link & the casing was not damaged.

Happened on our way back near Brandvlei.
