We Survived the Hell on motorbikes!!

The ride out is surprisingly not technical at all and you do not need special skills other than choosing the correct line and be careful at 4x4's approaching around the blind corners at speed.  :deal:

It is however a very relaxed enjoyable good gravel pass  :thumleft:

All too soon it was over, but it was absolutely worth it!  :thumleft:

Time with my son and Juda, and what more could I have asked for!!  8)

One more reason why I love our country so much, and the 3 of us hope to do more trips in future together!

Lekker Tom, was lekker om jou weer te sien en ook om jou seun en Juda te ontmoet.  Ek is bly die fiets loop goed en dat hy tevrede met hom is.  Interessant dat my laaste rit met hom Die Hel toe was en Chris se eerste rit weer terug daarnatoe.

Ek is nogsteeds spyt ek het hom verkoop maar soos jy sê, dis ‘n kop besluit, nie ‘n hart besluit nie.

Bly julle het lekker hier gebly. As julle weer kom dan lyk dit weer mooi na die reën. Jy kon gerus weer hier oorgebly het eerder as om jou oor ‘n mik te ry huistoe. Dis moer vêr op een dag.

Also have the XTZ and would like the T7 but in heart and soul I am a thumper man. Its going to be difficult to let go.

Verlede jaar Desember het ek die Montagu pas gedoen, toe was hy weer totaal afgebrand.

The Hell burned down.....shit its sad,

Dis baie hartseer van die infrastrukture wat afgebrand het in die vuur, maar dis baie goed dat die doringboom vervuiling nou n slag skoongebrand is. Niemand het iets gedoen aan die indringer plante so nou is die probleem opgelos.

Dit moet baie spesiaal wees om so n trip saam met jou seun te doen Tom. Hoop julle gaan kans kry om nog baie te doen. :thumleft:
